An MBA in HR or Human Resource Management is a two-year degree program that focuses on the recruitment, management, and providing direction and guidance for the people who work in an organisation. Admission to MBA HR depends on a candidate’s score in nationalised entrance exams like  CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. The median base salary for the top 5 business schools for MBA HR is between INR 82,500 to INR 1,09,000. Full Time (2 Year MBA in HR Management)

One Year MBA in HR

Examination Pattern for Distance MBA in Human Resource Management:

The pattern of the question paper is based upon Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Descriptive Questions and Internal Assignments.

100 Marks: Divided into 30 Marks Internal Assignment and 70 Marks Term End Examination (TEE)

  • 30 Marks Assignment: Case base Assignments to be submitted computerised

70 Marks Term End Examination: Divided with 40 Marks MCQ’s + 30 Marks Descriptive will be conducted (TEE)

Project Report: 100 Marks Project to be submitted at the end of the program during last Semester

Exam Location: Computer-Based exams conducted at the designated center’s across India

Examination Months: Option to choose Date, Time & Venue based on Examination Cycle.

  • Regular Examination: June & December (Fri, Sat & Sun – Flexibility to choose Examination Slot)

Re-Sit Examination: September & April (Fri, Sat & Sun – Flexibility to choose Examination Slot)

To be declared as ‘Pass’ in the respective subject, the student is required to appear for both Assignments & TEE Exams and secure a minimum of 50% marks on an aggregate basis.
